VACANT SPACE AND EQUIPMENT
FOR BIG AND SMALL PROJECTS

Industrial and plant engineers find the ideal conditions and space for their ideas here. From the biggest project to the smallest, everything is possible with us on 80 hectares. We also keep heavy duty areas free for up to 50 t/m² right on the quayside. These are ideal if you want to implement a project at short notice or only need space temporarily. Other areas for heavy and bulky goods are waiting for your plans in the hinterland. If you produce a lot in a short time, we also have large storage areas for you. Concrete builders in particular appreciate the silo capacities of our network partners on site. Special cranes and other equipment are also available on our premises for the handling of large, bulky and heavy components, for example made of concrete. And let’s not forget: our direct connection to Mukran Port. So you can realise all process steps with us – from preassembly, intermediate and final assembly to shipping.

FOR EACH WEIGHT CLASS

Mukran Industrial Site not only offers the best conditions for your production, but also for your logistics. Our transport, loading and handling equipment leaves nothing to be desired and is even designed for particularly heavy and bulky loads, such as pipes for pipelines. Ships can easily dock and undock at the quayside and pick up or unload cement, other aggregates, precast concrete parts or steel construction elements, even in huge dimensions. Once the goods are on board, the journey can start immediately without the need for pilots or any cumbersome navigating of narrow channels. After all, we are Germany’s most northeastern deep-water port. The water is currently 10.5 metres deep. We are even planning to expand it to 14 metres in the short to medium term. Attractive markets in Scandinavia and the Baltic States can be reached by ship in one, or two days at the most.
